2.Three PepsiCo board members on Curaleaf board.3.PepsiCo looking to make move into cannabis industry now that legalization is imminent.4.Curaleaf the only mso not to file an S1 with sec. would bypass the process all together with sale or merger with PepsiCo.5.I have a gut feeling.
