I personally spoke with emersongrow and sens back in September and confirmed there was no short term RS on scope - meaning on or during the deal, can't comment on what happens months from now of course. This was a concern of mine, and like a half decent smart investor I asked the business directly - hence me putting money where my mouth is with my few million shares.
