RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:SENS RUMOR....Agreed Sinless! There is nothing in this aquisition that is not well understood and it is an agreement that has taken place thousands of times. It is, as I have stated before, a "marriage of convenience". There is nothing in the regs that prevents this from happening ....just because it changes the "direction" of the acquiring company does not mean that ample documentation has not already been supplied to the securities. As such completion of the acquisition will be seamless.
There are a number of day traders (and legitimate sellers) that had created that wall. Control is a funny thing ....once you don't have it all _______ breaks loose. They weren't expecting this and any solid, sustainable forward momentum goes against their investing strategy. On a macro scale that's why the "Big Boys" are in front of commitee in the US over the debacle two weeks ago.

I personally spoke with emersongrow and sens back in September and confirmed there was no short term RS on scope - meaning on or during the deal, can't comment on what happens months from now of course. This was a concern of mine, and like a half decent smart investor I asked the business directly - hence me putting money where my mouth is with my few million shares.
