I believe we have the connection with the heart institution and McGill. Obviously those people out there in Quebec so being French is a good thing. I think he could communicate better with the shareholders and we should tell him that. I've got nothing to do whether he's French English or whatever. He doesn't run it like there is shareholders. And he should be told that.
