This "connection" thing it is all made-up and 100% wishful thinking. As a matter of fact there are at least 4 operating tungsten mines in Europe with several others mothballed or under development. The latter could be brought forward quicker, safer, and for a fraction of the amount required to get Sisson started. H.C. Starck and Plansee enjoy ample supply. Tungsten prices tell the whole story. Even German money isn't stupid enough to be squandered like this.
