They don't have the expertise to evaluate but they sure can create doubt. If it wasn't so coordinated and written in such an attacking way to even question the building they are in and the ability of OES, it wouldn't have been as blatant.

End of the day my faith lies with the national research council of Canada that took 3 months to evaluate all the detailed research and then contributed 500,000 as validation.
