Hadder is attemptiing to Sue under the Clean Water Act  CFR40..  the proposal to sell the land was introduce into the congressional
record in 2018..  same senator who pushed thru the NCU Land Swap w BLM..

hadder will leave the site to rot and re-sue ARCO again and again...

further re-hab of that area requires an active mine operation coming in and spending money..


hadders site and cases is all about hadder - noting a nothing burger and a few monitoring wells..

he also makes it appear that he is the champion of the First Nations here in nevada -. = ROLO !

the tribes USE a lotta moxie when they head to court..

i think BLM will make the swap and doze halters baby maker and build a few condo's...

and yes that quanteras think-thing' is weird..

anaconda pulled 320 Million Tonns..  the tribes will make a deal..  these are usually trust and funding
after they get their land bak
