RE:Split

RE:SplitNow that would be a real cluster #### for the investors that took the conversion. Good luck at that stage for trying to go to the markets and getting more cash. NOT GOING TO HAPPEN...NOT EVEN WORTH MENTIONING.

The company has changed management, that management has divested itself from the dead wood. It's travelling a different path where the CEO knows every move makes a difference. Gone are the days when it was all gooey and dreamy and money was going to fall from above. Nope it is work time. Share value will go up as the work starts to pay off and the quarterly reports turn green. Will it ever do a reverse split. Who knows but under the current scenario it will NOT. There is no need for it currently and there are more pressing issues. This might happen once the share price gets into the $1.00- $2.00 range and this is why I say that. Eventually they may want to get listed on the American exchanges like a lot of other players already are and to do that they will need a consistent share price well above the listing price and for a period of time. That being said I figure your looking at 2 years. So 8 quarters maybe 10 quarters....who knows. At that stage they should be cash positive and very well may not need to go to the markets for cash. At this stage you may need to adjust the float to meet the requirements that get you a listing status and still meet the float requirements of the exchange. It's a much finer line to be compliant south of the boarder as we all know.

Right now it’s get a matter of getting as many shares as you can and banking them. The value will go up and for those that stay long the rewards WILL exceed the risk. As it stands right now anyone that was smart enough to buy in the .005 range and who is sitting on their shares is just marveling in the return they have already made and if they were smart enough to buy back then, then that tells me they might be smart enough to be riding this out for a much longer time period. All I can say is I’m giving the new management time to build the company back up to where it should be and will be if they continue to work hard.

Long and staying long
