Filed IIROC complaint

Filed IIROC complaintI have filed a complaint with the IIROC.
Listing the issues with how things unfolded on 17 Feb, with what appears to be a NEWS leak prior to the NR.  A 29 cent decrease at the opening bell on no news; IIROC circuit breaker halt which lasted several hours, concluding with a NR of their failed attempt.
With the prices frozen at 20 cents or so during the IIROC halt, and before the news this means that most investors, like my self, did not have time to read the news and react accordingly to what would be a normal price falling.  However losses could have been mitigated in the low 40s, 30s, late 20s.  But shortly after the NR, it was sub 20 before anyone had time to react.

Meaning, someone, somewhere, somehow knew the results and drove the share price down at the bell (likely in hopes to selling it on a normal downward trajectory); or perhaps a short seller.

I hope IIROC looks into this further. Mr Goren's comments about the market, sure are understandable.  He may not be a market guru, that's not his thing.  However, VXL is responsible for clear, timely and orderly communication of news; good or bad.
