Bhang has a smoke line too.  Not sure what they have done with it but 3rd world countries are not as health conscious as we are in North America.  It isn't going away anytime soon and longer for the 3rd worlders.  I guess if Canopy/Acreage bring it into their stables of skus and can generate profits as a healthier alternative to regular tobacco smoking.  Sort of makes me think of the beverages we are flirting with as healthier alternatives to drinking alcohol style beverages.  Another company Tinley Beverages is in direct competition with Canopy, at least in California with thc infused beverages and I think they have the health conscious effects covered better than most of the competition with low cal, low sugar, vegan, kosher and other desirable stuff consumers are looking for.  Canopy is leaning hard towards beverages and clearly have the US in the crosshairs through branding deals with Acreage.  Acreage is centralized around New York, kind of calling that homebase and my due diligence points to a huge bricks and mortar warehouse being revamped by Canopy in or near New York for Canopy's US expansion plans subject to clearer legislation.  I did google up the facility and was hardpressed to find any signage on it to identify what label they would put on  it, whether it would be Canopy or Acreage.  Maybe if we get a triggering effect they will just label it Canopy.  When such triggering event occurs, I am convinced that it will launch Canopy and Acreage shareprices and Canopy will be in short supply in case anybody else is thinking about playing it short.  That Reddit/Robinhood shakeout should have shortplayers thinking twice about how quickly the tables can get turned.  In the meantime, we wait for government to do the work such that Canopy feels safe from persecution, prosecution and seizure of assets to bring their might to the US through Acreage and TER.  They are getting tired of the delays and working the angles to get sku brands onto US shelves through branding deals and they also migrated to the Nasdaq from the NYSE, I think, to prevent delisting which was promised by the NYSE for anybody touching the product.  Cannabinoids haven't got a fair shake in the US but the tight legal discipline is developing serious cracks and it is an opportunity to get the cartels and Hells Angels out of a serious segment of the drug trade, not to mention, legal, good paying jobs and tax revenue which is going to be in short supply.  glta and dyodd
