OES should have a go at it as well. Asking questions and expressing skepticism is everyone's right, but for those affiliated with one of the most reputable Canadian universities, to exercise such lack of judgment in this specific example is unacceptable IMO, let alone write a critical article about a novel proprietary technology to which they do not have access yet because a company is seeking protection. Not something one would expect from "educated" professionals, so maybe a little bit more education may be helpful?
