EVERYONE IS RIGHT

EVERYONE IS RIGHTI just spent an hour+ or so reading the entire board.

Fellow saying not enough data for valuation has a point.  If we assume 9 million annual sales, we don't have margins so its hard to pick a sales multiple.  He is saying he thinks 20 million is rich.  His opinion hence he's correct.

Fellow talking about reverse split pending may be basing his post on fact we don't actually have a take-over using disclosed share counts.  New shares to grow co is 133mm while current issued is higher at 150mm.  There ain't no reverse take-over using those share counts because former owners still control as 150mm 133mm.  Hence fellow talking reverse split is really talking about share count head-ache for starters.  Additionally, at current share counts and a 20 million company the value per share is ~7 cents and grow co only gets 7 x 133mm which is a bit shy of 10 million.  The fellow says he wants more info before he dips his toe.  Thats his view thus fair for him.

Lots of moving parts.  Firstly, share counts out of whack.  Secondly, how much does grow co get of the company post deal?  51% or 66% or ??.  Too little information in my opinion thus I am right.

Share price has popped and there is lots of buying hence, if you into momentum plays, you would be at the right place.

One thing is sure, something is happening.  Good luck to all.
