RE:Whats Next? If I were you, I would take my money off the table with 30% profit ( 10 % / year) and I would let the rest ride. This way you have really limited your downside and still have plenty of upside. Don't be afraid to leave something on the table for someone else. Forget trying to time the peaks. One of the biggest things that I have learned over the years is to reduce my rdownside isk and exposure where possible.
Sir Mick is bringing a lot of value to this play and it is going to take some time to roll this out. Look what he did to Xstrata!
