If you had checked on the website, you would know that Taat is not shipping to WV at present.
WV is one of six states in which hemp cannabis is illegal under state law ... those six again are: 
WV, IN, NE, ID, ND, KS ... the other states they don't ship to have some limitation on what products can be sold legally.


 

Also, Setti has mentioned Pennsylvania and Delaware as the next likely states in which the company will launch.  

I caution you to bear in mind he is speaking with the protection of making "forward looking statements" ...
