Good for you Chef, you get a star.
I didn't know about the connecton with Phil Donne and Valens, but I see you are correct - he was formerly president of Kellogg in Canada, and is now on the advisory board of Valens - that makes two connections with Kellogg.
I follow a bunch of key Valens employees on social media, and I pay attention to what they pay attention to. Because I follow Valens, this statement by the current CEO of Kellogg came to my attention:
"
Innovation has been at the heart of Kellogg since our very beginning, and we're thrilled to open a new Design Studio for employees at our headquarters in Battle Creek, Mich. -- the final piece (for now!) of our Innovation Suite."
That statement was given a thumbs-up by a Valens exec. Very recently I've noted other dots with Wrigleys, Mars, and Nestle.
All fuel for speculation as to what Everett Knight meant when he said the company has a surprise coming. From The Dales Report on Feb.17, Everett Knight:
When asked about what more we can expect from 3.0, Knight left us with a bit of a cliff-hanger, noting, “I think people will be surprised.”

Here's some eye-candy, a bit out of date, but tasty investor viewing on YouTube:
