New to VET but.....

New to VET but.....But thats why i am here I seen potential on the chart.... IMO once $7,57 breaks this will with 12.6xx within a couple months... Thats what I see... I dont think I will stop very long in the 10's... All of this is obviously dependent on Oil Prices holding
