Ive done A TON of research on Nick and the company , have seen all the failure, etc. Looks to me like Nick owns his past failures and is hell bent on not giving up on his dream. And facing the world again to get his credibility back. To me that is fricken BRAVE.
I'm an entrepreneur and have failed so many fricken times, At least I've been able to do it out of the public eye so I haven't attracted trolls and haters like you guys.

I love a good story about a passionate smart entrepreneur who is willing to dig himself out of a hole and never give up. Inspiring and takes a ton of humility to face the world again if you ask me.
