Aphria Inc. APHA

Aphria, which is headquartered in Ontario, produces and sells medicinal and recreational cannabis. The company operates through retail and wholesale channels in Canada and internationally. Aphria is a main distributor of medical cannabis to Germany and has operations in over 10 countries outside of Canada. However, it does not have exposure to the U.S. CBD or THC markets due to the constraints of federal prohibition. It has some U.S. exposure through the acquisition of SweetWater, a craft brewer

The political landscape is changing in the US
Looks like the GOP is in for a shake up. The political landscape is changing in the US. Will the GOP split? Will the split free up some repubilcan pro cannabis votes for US Legalization? Will US legalization come to a head before 2022 or will the GOP take back the Senate? Will McConnel be forced into running pro Cannabis candidates in states with Recreational Cannabis to satisfy his "The only thing I care about is electability" mantra?

The LP vs MSO debate is on the back burner for now.
