Drop in FLWR Share Price since Public Offering

Drop in FLWR Share Price since Public OfferingThe market is not impressed with FLWR's recent $15M bought deal financing @ CAD $0.51 as is evident by the 20% discount the stock is currently trading at.

I would not be surprised if the share price in the offering is re-priced downwards before the March 4trh closing date.  There has been a daily decline in the share price since the February 11th announcement.  I wonder if it is TRCE shareholders unloading their holdings.  Why would I subscribe to the $0.51 offerring (regardless of the warrant) when I can buy at the current market price which is discounted 20% ?
