SIR has concept restaurant brands, including Jack Astor’s Bar and Grill, Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar, and Canyon Creek Chop House, signature restaurant brands, such as Reds Wine Tavern, Reds Midtown Tavern, Reds Square One, and The Loose Moose, which are used by SIR under a license agreement with SIR Royalty Limited Partnership (the Partnership. The Fund receives distribution income from its investment in the Partnership and interest income from the SIR Loan. The Fund indirectly participates in the revenues generated under the License and Royalty Agreement through its Investment in the Partnership.

If you are talking to me, then if you go back and read what I actually wrote you will see that I said I tendered a chunk of my shares.  It was a defensive play which I am glad I did as it gave me some options if the stock were to fall.   I have been buying back since mainly because we now know that Janes picked up so few shares that he is likely to be back for more.  I doubt I will get back to my pre-tender level as it really got overweighted in my portfolio and I try to keep disciplined on that.

i really don't get the pumping comment. The $4.75 was guaranteed.
