snow and covid are going away as you said. one other factor that could slow down their project is the discussion with the Newfoundland and Labrador government and their public utilities board. They do have a local team there to negociate which is the smart thing to do. i understand that the province is more open now to data centers, Nalcor and the Public Utility Board have found an agreement over that recently.
