Air Canada Rouge is Air Canada's leisure carrier.

En reponse je vous donne les commentaires d'un certain OTB, bien connu ici :

the airlines industry will be offered 1. Grants, outright compensation, 2. Low Interest/No Interest loans to extend more generous refunds of NON-REFUNDABLE discounted fares (vote buying gimmick), 3. More grants in order to re-start some regional flights (to buy back some more votes), 4. Fuel tax rebates for years, 5. Industry fees waivers (gate fees, NAV fees) for some years, 6. Income Tax incentives, 7. More generous version of CEWS to help bring on some staff, who are not yet needed (more Union vote buying here)... and so forth.
