RE:RE:RE:Any info on American Acres Managers? From Trevor's interview today on Benzinga:
"or us, you know, it's important to say that look, we're most importantly, we're committed A very compliant company, we're listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange big board, we want to go, we're in the process of our NASDAQ listing. So we always want to be compliant. So we figured out a structure where we could compliantly start to build our market presence in the US, while at the same time working with our regulators. So that's the first thing is they are separate entities, it's a partnership. But what we realized we had done quite well is we canvassed the US marketplace and because it's been fragmented, in Canada, we had the advantage of having it federally legal from sort of almost the get go. So we were able to develop a lot of systems and tech, and invest in it, because we have this opportunity. You know, in Canada, we can now take that into the US states, particularly very competitive marketplaces like, you know, Colorado like California, there's a lot of activity there. And we could partner with someone in the US that's going to do these things. And you know, first store is going to be in Palm Springs, but we're hoping for more of these acquisitions, where we can put our tech into those stores, they'll be Fire Flower branded stores, and help that American acres actually compete very effectively in a fragmented mom and pop driven environment. So that when we're ready to, to roll them into the into the mothership, so to speak, and hopefully the NASDAQ mothership, that they've been able to build a brand for us down there and they've received value because with our higher tech, you know, that value they've received is actually being reflected in our in our discount the fair market value. So we're helping them become valuable. But we're also keeping keeping the the acquisition price reasonable and low"
