RE:Inmatec NewsThis was announced months ago, info given in a prospectus, they already raised cash, and after this one, there is another CSN to close, after which they will still have more cash than they started with before the raise and 3 acquisitions. I believe they will have about $60M+ after the closing of a CSN company.
