You're right beenthere.. there is NO reference to GameOn but a general comment about "stock share" dividends in general... I think the president said he would like to do a number of spin outs but nothing was in stone yet.. I do recall he was saying something to the effect that at some point this year though... best to review the Agoracom interview for accurate details..

But I do know this came about during an interview with The President of VST onAgoracom back on Feb 16 I think it was. He talked about giving investors a dividend of GameOn. I thought he was talking a " cash" dividend which made zero sense to me because companies starting out have no money to be giving out a dividend!

But another investor here on this board said he was talking about giving a "share" dividend which to me made more sense but nothing has been mentioned about such a thing from the news release or the company.

if you want to check out past posts you may come across the post I am referring to. Also it is quite easy to find the Agoracom interview back a few pages of posts. He talks about the dividend about half way through the interview.

Myself I am very doubtful VST would do just a thing.
