The Company owns 91% of AMA, and 100% of Infused MFG LLC Infused.

RE:RE:Soup at .11Most of market is down this morning; waiting for Powell testimony. Other weed stocks also down. IMO, excellent buying opportunity for tgif. With the pp done @ .11, I'm guessing we're at the bottom and am a buyer today, adding to position. Even if sp goes below .11, I'm betting sp will be much, much higher come spring as the outlook for tgif is strong as NV re-opens and revenue continues climbing. GLTA
