CRH as a going concern

Anyone has a clue of what the relationship between CRH and Well will be? Is CRH sold to the latter and will CRH operate as a separate company? The latest development with UD is promising. Now that i have kept up in gains in the oil sector, I want to diversify with a less volatile stock and CRH seems to fit the bill. I will, in the coming months, re-enter the stock, provided CRH is still an on going concern. Any suggestion wellcome.
