The Company’s principal business activity is the exploration of its mineral property interests, with its principal mineral property interests located in Canada. The Company is in the advanced stage of exploration of the Morrison deposit, a porphyry copper/gold/molybdenum ore body, located approximately 35 kilometers (km) north of Granisle, BC and situated within the Babine Lake Porphyry Copper Belt. It has a 100% interest in certain mineral claims located contiguous to the Morrison claims. The Company is proposing an open-pit mining and milling operation for the production of copper/gold/silver concentrate and molybdenum concentrate. It is located within 29 km of two former producing copper mines, Bell and Granisle. The Company is in the design stage of the exploration and evaluation of the Morrison property.
