RE:RE:RE:Greenbriar PowerPoint

RE:RE:RE:Greenbriar PowerPointJeff, thanks for sharing the powerpoint!

I was able to copy and paste the link and it worked fine for me.  Stockhouse links can be funky.  I think Stockhouse's platform is old.

on 11/11/20 I emailed the Senior Planner of Tehachapi asking if a date had been set for final approval of Sage Ranch.  I didn't hear anything back. However, Jeff filled us in and asked us not to bug them.  I let it go knowing this may be the biggest subdivision the City has faced, and the planners have their hands full. Well today she sent me the following email reply:

The Sage Ranch project will appear on the March 8th Planning Commission agenda for an “extension of time approval request” to allow the development team additional time to resolve outstanding issues before coming back to the Planning Commission at a late date for project approval. The meeting agenda will be available here once it’s been published: https://www.liveuptehachapi.com/AgendaCenter

Let me know if you have any additional questions.

Thanks!

Kim Burnell
Senior Planner
City of Tehachapi

This fits in well with the new powerpoint's catalyst of May 2021 for full approval of Sage Ranch.  The Senior Planner could have easily forgotten my 3 month + old email, but Sage Ranch must be looming large for them now.

I have thanked her back and said I am confident that Sage Ranch will be a very positive project for the City of Tehachapi and its people.
