Buy and Hold Almost one year ago at this time the SP dipped to .20.... and yet the company was in better shape then, than it ever had been.
THE STOCK MARKET IS NOT THE COMPANY. The market is a device which measures the feelings of the participants. When the Stock price goes up, the buyers FEEL good, when the stock price goes down the Buyers and Owners are nervous and FEEL worried.
Today was an example of those with more resources, who are likely sociopaths, manipulating the SP with high frequency trading and a sophisticated short attack. They do this in order to accumulate, the price action today was A GOOD SIGN. They did the same thing when the SP was 3-4, in fact you could predict the days they were going to do based on volume, and general sense of the overall market.
The exact same strategies were used July 9, September 16, and November 12. Today was nearly identical to November 12. The SP then drifted down to 3.00 before the next rise. I was buying like a lunatic during that drift. BECAUSE NO ONE with the resources that these sociopaths have, waste this much time and effort on a company that isn't going up. Check my post history on CEO.ca on November 12 and later. I was jumping for joy and saying buy buy buy.
Do not use stop loses, READ what is posted on here and other forums by those who have been around a long time. If you aren't able to separate your emotions from your money you are investing more than you should or haven't read enough.
I rarely visit this Sess Pool, also known as Stockhouse. It is widely known that SH does nothing to regulate those who manipulate others. The other forums do not tolerate it and as a result they don't frequent those boards. That is why you see only the very negative posters on here and not other forums. Stop for a moment and ask yourself.... who would spend time posting on a stock board warning or scaring others unless it was so they themselves could buy. Do you care about what other random stocks go up or down? Would you spend time posting on a board of a company you weren't invested in or didn't believe in?
Read everything DevelopBC posts, he is trying to educate you and has been here longer than I have. He is a true gentleman and puts others above himself. In fact when a unique financing came available he declined the opportunity and asked the CEO to offer it to myself. This was only offered to a very select group but it was a life changing act of kindness on behalf of DevelopBC.
If you bought at $12 OR .20... IN 12 MONTHS IT WON'T MATTER BECAUSE YOUR INVESTMENT WILL HAVE GROWN. The only rule you need to remember for investing is Don't Lose Money! You won't lose money here if you buy, hold, don't use stop loses, read what informed longs write, and ask them questions if need be. At the very least buy, hold and don't look at your account for 8 months.
There is only so much Peter and his faithful longs can do to educate and help you with your investment. You will not find another company on the TSX with as many long term loyal shareholders who take time everyday to post facts and quality info. This is because they know and trust Peter, and it is done out of a sense of loyalty to him and Pyro. We post in order to educate and help others. Peter took the time to help me understand the company over three years ago, because he took the time out of his busy schedule to help me the least I can do is pay it forward and help educate someone else.
I really don't care if you buy or sell, honestly I don't. I will continue to do the right thing and help others hoping that some will understand. I received a message on CEO.ca two weeks ago from someone who bought and held because of what I wrote. It opened my eyes that the longs writing does have an impact so I will continue to do so even if only one person reads and understands what we are trying to do here.
Sorry for capitals, I dislike when certain profiles do it and have mocked some of them for doing so but certain points needed the attention.
