First, 20k shares, come on, there are plenty here that are down 100k dollars plus on hundreds of thousands of shares.
Sucked into the vortex by inept management.
Value, it could have been, but the last 40 million shares in dilution will make it hard to justify higher prices.
It is all to do with mgt, mgt, mgt, and the lack there of.
