Now, if they are weary of selling/shipping units because of proprietary risk, then that should be disclosed. But with the patents filed, could somebody reverse engineer, file a patent and somehow beat them? Isn't there already some protection inherent in patent application? Anyhow, patent at this stage is secondary to understanding early, real demand IMO.
