otc news then the possibility of leasing. 2 weeks after that 1 contract signed.
result: sp increase then plummet then stabilized!
so:
They didn't get a chance to properly make nr that would help increase and stabilize sp. because they are allow to put their own date. But now, Not only they won't be rush but also create better nr for the upcoming contracts!

I won't mind waiting if that is the case!!
