After those stellar results and more to come soon I suspect that the financiers came running to management to lock this in before the news gets realized and the share price balloons. 

Never have I seen a financing done at more than double the low of the day! Until yesterday GLM traded in the .15 range and now they're financed at .45! Beautiful play!
