You never will because they are hiding behind the fact the transaction was less then 25% of the company's MC at the time of the arrangement.
As a minor shareholder you don't need to know.
Who made the decision to the transaction? Most of the Naturo shareholders are directly affiliated with Bevcanna and cannot participate in the decision.
I still question the fact that the transaction qualifies as less then 25%. The transaction was agreed upon on November 23rd 2020. MC that day was approx. $51M x 25% = $13M. The transaction was for $20M+.
It still hasn't been approved by the exchange but it is odd to me and I can't explain.
