With the weight of the ARC transaction pushing down the VII generations stock evaluation, the best thing to do here is buy VII generations, and VOTE no. 

You are getting the stock on the cheap and the evaluation is all out of wack. If the debt is really that big an issue stop all spending for one quater, and pay down the debt to 1.5 billion or 1.0XCF, do you think the markets would not love them with those kind of numbers. 

VII generation has tons of organic growth, management just got to comfortable with non performance, but the asset are still great.

Still need to replace the President.
