Hi Jingo99,

I fully agree, if this deal goes through and the shares increase, he's going to make out like a bandit, no pun intended. But, I still feel that his departure seems a little bit hurried, the deal has not been approved by the Venture Exchange and now the head-of-state is gone.

Josip has way too much money tied up in this to just walk away pre-deal. Try putting yourself in his position, would you just suddenly leave with all of your money still in limbo? I know I wouldn't.
