RE:Starting to look likeThe problem with the theory of being overweight in a portfolio is that it penalizes the winners in favour of the losers. That's why it's almost impossible to beat an index because they aren't being actively managed by so called pro's who are constantly re balancing by selling the winners. Quite the opposite, the winners are left alone and invariably the winners keep winning while the losers keep losing but the winners usually do much better than the losers and that's why indexes usually beat actively managed portfolio's.
Consider TXP as your best decision and everything else as dumb, sell the dumb decisions and put that money into Co.'s that look like TXP or keep trying until you find one and when you do leave it alone. And look for another winner etc. etc.
But we do need cash to pounce on the next TXP when it comes along so I do agree that sometimes you just have to lighten up a bit.
Next week and north of $ 3.50 maybe . LOL.

Another 9 cents and I will sell some again because I'm carrying way too much in this stock right now . Evan with the additional delays according to Paul we should have results next week or early the week after. I would hang tight with all my shares if I wasn't so ridiculously overweight in TXP.
