Elon Musk and ACU?

Elon Musk and ACU?Was trying to find more about the rumour linking Musk's interest in ACU.  It appears that there could be some linkage to ACU as ACU software may benefit Tesla' solar products.  I am not trying to pump up the stock but just hopeful that there is some truth to the rumour.... ACU being an industry leader in what it does, maybe a take over bid by Tesla?  Wow, wouldn't that be sweet if it happens... DD.  IMHO.
