Trooper, the 31st was a Saturday so I think you'll be okay if your transaction date was actually the 30th.

According to the press release:

Further, the Company has set a record date of October 30, 2020 (the "Record Date") for the distribution of the Vibe Shares and the Vibe Warrants to its shareholders received in connection with the PAHC Sale.

Not sure what you paid for those shares but that could've been a pretty good move!  You'll want to make sure you have the cash in that account to buy the warrants. For me I'll probably sell just enough Vibe to then buy back the shares at the warrant price in my registered accounts as I have maxed them all out
