There was no mention of a reverse split, not a word stated about where the $4+ million in funding needed to keep the lights on (and paying consulting fees) and repayment of the millions in debt due in 2020 but pushed into 2021 come from...

Oh, but Aurelio did share that they could get into vaccine distribution.  That's exciting!  No no,
don't worry about the fact that they don't have physical offices or distribution centers, let alone the sophisticated refrigeration units and logistics expertise needed.

Yeah yeah, I know these criteria are readily available from the McKessons, Cardinals, AMD Medicoms and pharmacy chains of the World - but the governments will DEFINITELY award these contracts to an unproven nobody rather than these well qualified expert companies.

"HOLD TIGHT FOLKS!", as MaterialWorld would say.  

What a clownshow.
