I've been watching how the Bid and Ask on RLV have been playing out for some time now. It's very easy to see that for some reason, RLV is/has been held down below 0.04 cents through algorithm. There is an intentional wall @ 0.04 cents and it's been there for some time. Also we have had great support @ 0.03 cents. Things will change soon folks. It's a rigged game..............MW
