It's been mentioned before but it appears some people just don't get it. Insiders are compensated with shares. So in order for them to actually get paid and have money they have to sell shares.

If you bother to look the dates are listed. Relieved shares and sold the same day. It's like you receiving a cheque and going to cash it.

what is so hard to understand about this practice it happens all the time.
