RE:RE:RE:RE:Up we go! I fully expect us to be 90% held by insiders + institutions at some point.... Once WELL is established and slows to stops it's M&A activity, and is just left with organic slowish growth, that is how it should look..... I will likely reduce my position substantially or completely at that point.
I believe WELL had a cap of about $300mil when I bought in originally, and after plenty of DD, I decided the company had to be worth at least $2bil if it executed all of it's plans, and now it's company trajectory seems to be to become a medium ot major player in the USA and possibly globally, so now $20bil is definitely within my sights, and DARE I SAY, the possibility of $200bil if they really hit it out of the park and the market gives a favourable future PE...
This is all long into the future obviously, but no selling will be taking place here unless absolutely necessary.
Cheers!

This chart below from WELL website illustrates your point better. Only 7.40 per cent of shares are held by institutions. At some point we could see that percentage increased to well over 50 percent and then we will have the price stability and increases we can only dream about now. The last Motley Fool article predicted a listing on a major American exchange in late 2021 or early 2022. Can't wait. That will be a game changer as well.
