The Red Springs Property is subject to a 2.5% Net Smelter Property.

Seveneleven, thanks for clarifying why you asked the question stating it is your personal opinion, and not something someone heard from the company. HAT is a complicated structure that will require significant capital bring to production, so let's hope a buyer steps up sooner than later, this market can only last for so long.
