Its primary focus is on the scalable and repeatable condensate rich Montney formation in the Alberta Deep Basin (Wapiti Montney). Its core operating areas of Wapiti and Pipestone in the Montney formation are located near the City of Grande Prairie, Alberta, approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Calgary. Its Montney Formation is a shale gas and shale oil resource. The Montney formation in the Wapiti area is a thick (200m+) section of hydrocarbon-charted fine-grained reservoir found at depths ranging from 2,500-3,500m.

Together they would have 150,000 boe and would have about a 4.5 billion enterprise value. With 165 million shares total and 1.1 billion in debt. (900 million + bonds)

I think that equates to 20 dollars a share and a double for NVA shareholders. 

3.4 billion / 165 million shares = 20.60 a share

POU has about 300 plus million in other assets on balance sheet.

One this for sure, NVA is not going anywhere without talking to POU first.
