RE:RE:RE:RE:Has anyone heard when the shareholder voting I'd say it's 90 - 10 the deal goes through as every stakeholder of any importance has already annointed the merger in principle ahead of voting. It's closing fast in relative terms and there would have been expressions of interest and / or very identifyable breakaway trading patterns if something was up.
Bottom line is the market likes it, so the sentiment is nothing to see here, folks, keep moving along.
This will be a powerhouse long-term IMO. Good luck to all holders on both sides...
