Bigtime rerating coming :)

Bigtime rerating coming :)Once Halleran gets the financing deal done we will be on our way to coming a totally different entity:) As Halleran has suggested we will go from what may be a $15-$20 M pre-financing company valuation to a post MC of what should be closer to $200 M!
Figure it out people!Lets say we do $10M of the financing through an equity raise @ 20 cents. Also say they include a half warrant per unit which would equate to 75 M total new shares.Add that to the fully diluted float and you’d get approx,300 M shares outstanding. So a $200M market cap/300M shares= .67 SP!
And that is just the beginning.Either way this current SP is silly low and I’m thinking most sellers are just flipping for a slim profit as they don’t really understand what is occuring here.
