Taking over from previous dubious management and re-establishing the integrity of the company was great. I took a chance with here and it has paid off.

ummm the information your highlighting is EXTREAMLY miss leading sir...

Her influence really hasn't done much at all for the profile of the company, the stock has had several bounces up that coincided with mortgage rules and stress tests that have led more people needing the mortgages that these companies provide because they can't for the big major banks. And yet with this when the stock bounces for infrequent periods  it has been making lower highs and lower low which isn't a positive sign to most people in the investing world (we know there's also outside influences that lead to the lower lows too). Us yeild searchers in at good prices don't care as much about that as long as the company trades within a good enough range for us, which it has. But us dividend people notice that in her 4 years in management theres only been a 4cent increase in the dividend, it was higher, but it's also been reduced which is not attractive. Before her the company steadily increased the dividend semi regularly 1 cent every year or 2 even with lower pricing expectations and regularly paid several specials pre 2014. Again according to the company words, this might be a one time payment due to unexpected conditions...

Now I'm not saying she's been poor by any means, she is just the face at the highest level of this solid company and I'm content with her, but previous management also kept me very happy and built a strong foundation.

I'm all for loving this company, which I do myself, but don't blow hot air up people's asses! If your gonna pass people information, be sure your not just being a glorified Hypeman. Your the 'noise' that annoys many investors trying to seek information and facts through thier research.

Sorry to be harsh and I'm not trying to troll you, just saying let's get with reality a bit. Be excited, tell your personal story, but don't mislead others with cherry picked details...
