Their phase 2 gear has to come back into the equation at some point. Given they are co-packing for a company based out of Nevada and allowing them to move into Cali...PERHAPS there is synergy there in that TNY may use their facilities to stand up their phase 2 facility in Nevada.

A scratching each others back type deal. Reaching but anything is possible these days.
